Tarset Village Hall is a charity, which is owned by a panel of Holding Trustees, with its daily business being run by a committee of community volunteers. The committee organises bookings, ensures the hall is cleaned and supplied, supports events by running the bar, runs fundraising and community events, plans maintenance and improvements to the Village Hall and sets the rental charges for room hire each year (amongst other things).
The committee usually meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month (online if no physical meetings are permitted). Minutes of the monthly meetings are available to anyone who wishes to read them: please email contact us if you would like copies to be emailed to you. And if you have any issues you would like to raise with the committee, please contact the Secretary in advance.
