Tarset Diary replaced the long-running Tarset News in summer 2020. In the same tradition, it is Tarset's very own community newsletter, published quarterly, packed full of news, events, happenings, anecdotes, photographs, stories, poetry and the odd joke.
Tarset Diary is delivered free-of-charge to every household in the parish. It is supported by Tarset and Greystead Parish Council. Subscriptions are available to anyone not within the parish at £8 per annum (UK addresses only).
Any community news that you would like included is most welcome, i.e. birthday/anniversary mentions, wildlife sightings, forthcoming events, birth, deaths and marriages etc, pictures/photographs etc, etc. Please send any contributions to [email protected] or please call Chris on 01434 240947. Reminders of each deadline are sent to the Tarset community email list.
The mailing list is also a source of news and events. Weekly news is also published on the Upper North Tyne Village Notes which replaced the former weekly printed notes in the Hexham Courant.
