Emblehope and Burngrange Estate comprises some 7,550 acres upland moorland estate broken down into 7,012 acres of upland grazing, 400 acres of woodland and 138 acres of in-bye land. In 2016 it was sold to the Kennel Club as a centre for dog activities. In 2026 it was sold on to a private company, Restored Land Limited, intending to restore wildlife.
