Judali Hatha Yoga Classes with qualified hatha teachers Judie and Ali Freeman are held at Tarset Village Hall on Tuesdays. the classes are suitable for adults (16+) of all ages, genders and abilities. Wear loose comfortable layers and bring a blanket and a yoga mat if you have one. Cost £12pp per session, or £60 for a six week block.
- Tuesday Afternoons, 1:15pm – 2:45pm, a gentle class suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience
- Tuesday Evenings (not summers), 6pm-7.30pm, a general class suitable for beginners and those with previous experience.
