Pennine Way

The spectacular Pennine Way runs along Tarset's north east border with Redesdale. Over a fifth of the 268 mile Pennine Way lies in Northumberland National Park.

Walkers can take a short detour from the Pennine Way to Padon Hill for spectacular views across Redesale, towards the Cheviot Hills and into Scotland.
